• 3/12/23Very few people do not love fried foods, but I am one. But I'm a big fan of KFC's Chicken Pot Pie. You can spend a lot more for a pot pie at other restaurants, but you will not find a better one. KFC has a top crust to die for: crisp, golden brown, buttery deliciousness. The filling is equally lush with its creamy sauce, tender chunks of white meat chicken & a variety of vegetables. This pot pie is pure comfort.

• 3/31/25KFC has the best Chicken Pot Pie in JAX, FL. The super flaky crust, perfectly browned & crispy, is to die for. Hidden underneath is a filling full of perfectly cooked white meat chicken, carrots & peas in a creamy white sauce. Usually, it makes two meals for me, but tonight, I couldn't stop eating it. It was soul satisfying. I tried the Cherry Poppers for the first time. They were enclosed by the same flaky crust as on the Pot Pie. The cherry filling needed cherries. Otherwise, they were fun to eat. I'll enjoy more of them for breakfast. The only thing that caused me to remove a star was a 1-inch piece of bone in the pot pie and the overly long prep time. The order was 15 min. late from the originally estimated delivery time. The problem was at the store because when the Dasher received the order, he arrived in @ 5 minutes, the normal drive time from the store for light traffic

• 9/2/24A few times a year, I crave real fried chicken. When that happens, I turn to KFC & their original recipe fried chicken. I'm a fan of dark meat. I ordered the 3-piece chicken combo plus an extra drumstick & macaroni & cheese. That way, I have 2 meals. The chicken was perfect: crispy on the outside, moist & tender on the inside. The mac & cheese is creamy & cheesy like homemade. The drink I chose was the passion fruit lemonade. It was divine with a great balance of the sweetness of the fruit & the tartness of the lemon. Too bad it's a limited time offering.
The only item I didn't enjoy was the new apple pie poppers. They had only the tiniest amount of apple pie filling. I cut one open; it had only 3 pieces of 1/16-inch cubes of apple with no filling. The rest was puff pastry. They were a total disappointment, which is why I gave the 4-star rating instead of my usual 5-star rating. KFC, please bring back the Chocolate Cake.

• 4/3/26Just nasty!! change the oil! I ordered mac n cheese not mashed potatoes and gravy!! 3 pc. Chicken Big Box Meal missing a piece,Chicken Breast all the chicken tasted like old oil. WASTE OF MONEY especially after a long shift and starving, and you basically throw it all away. guess the napkin in the box was suppose to help.smh.

• 2/7/26The chicken was over cooked and very tough and dry. It was not chewable and the skin actually cut the inside of my mouth.
Never had this experience with KFC before.
My husband wears dentures and couldn't eat the chicken, but enjoyed his mashed potatoes and gravy.
