The worst KFC ever. Half order of old fries, globs of pastey flour underneath and it tasted funny, old chicken.Won't be back.

The pot pie was supposed to have chicken, potatoes and peas and carrots. I wish I took a picture of it but it only had a few pieces of chicken, little gravy/ sauce and NO potatoes, peas or carrots. Very disappointed. Crust delicious. Piece looked a bit flat which I thought was odd as past orders they were perfectly done.

I thought that maybe ordering from here would be a good idea, but it quickly reminded me on why I stopped eating here. It's like the employees just don't care about what they're putting out there. My fries were old my chicken you can tell was just sitting there and the nuggets were hard. Do they even have a manager at night or something? I do not recommend this KFC not the one on Northampton Street in Holyoke. Such poor quality.

The three tenders in the combo were very small. They were also very damp, rather than being crunchy. I regret ordering
