The store accepted the order then told the driver potato and gravy is not available and tried to bully me into picking a substitute item.
I believe if they don't have the items they should contact me directly or reject the order like uber does to provide customers a better experience.
This has happened numerous times before when ordering from kfc.
This process is extremely unprofessional and having them make the customer cancel is outrageous when they are the ones that cannot fulfill the order they accepted.
