• 10/31/22Nashville hot chicken tenders wear amazing and the 5 piece chick tender were so crispy and juicy. The Mac n cheese was super creamy.

• 12/13/24Although this is no big deal for some establishments, I will no longer order from Bluffton KFC or any for that matter.
Once again, the lack of pride in one's work is apparent in our order. I assume, this is the norm for fast food these days. High Price Low Quality.
We ordered the Festive Festive Feast: 6 pc. Chicken + 6 pc. Tenders.
Once again, we were given original recipe instead of extra crispy. The chicken tenders( which used to be of good size and tasty) were not much bigger than the chicken nuggets, had an old oily taste and breading was hit and miss. I realize the suppliers are the ones in control of the product. However, it is the restaurant employees responsible for how the food is handled, cooked and presented to customers.
High price for low quality.
What a shame.

• 11/10/25Classic Chicken Sandwich was gods gift to man, but the 8 pc. Nuggets were very overcooked and the sauce was forgotten. Overall I would order again cause again, the Classic Chicken Sandwich rarely ever misses.

• 6/1/26The large side of Mac & Cheese was only 1/2 filled and didn't taste fresh at all. Our dasher had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes at the restaurant before getting our order, even though it should've been ready before she got there. The restaurant even forgot our drink, but our dasher caught it soon after leaving and went back for it. Overall just ok food, but probably will avoid ordering again, unless we don't mind waiting for almost an hour before getting our food.

• 5/9/26I purchased a 12 piece chicken bucket that comes with 3 sides and 6 biscuits. I understand having to substitute a side, but after spending $48, I totally expect my 6 biscuits that are supposed to come with it.
