A bit overcooked but better than undercooked. Tastewise it's still good and the fries have a decent amount of salt which is perfect

My order had multiple quality issues. The sandwiches had barely any lettuce at all, and the chicken portion on one sandwich was noticeably undersized. The chicken also had a chewy, soggy texture with no crunch at all, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp or reheated in the microwave. Not fresh at all; zero care or quality control from the staff. Would not order again.

I enjoyed the poutine. The stuffing was so salty I couldn't even eat it. And I got a chicken finger that was in pieces and the coating was sparse in areas and literally fell off the chicken. In two pieces of my chicken strips I had two hard chunks that should not have been there. I don't call that good quality for the price you pay.

the food is delicious like usual, just the proportions are quite underwhelming, in the pictures of the mac and cheese chicken sandwich it shows piles of mac and cheese on the sandwich, there's not even 20 pieces of mac and cheese on that sandwich, it was very underwhelming, I couldn't even taste the mac and cheese, plus the small cup that I got of mac and cheese was quite watered down and didn't have enough flavor to it, other than that the chicken is always delicious

I ordered a large popcor chicken. Came in a box, very unlike the picture. I do not believe it was even close to the size of a large bucket. Chicken was good, but a box is not a bucket
