Why is it when I Oder a delivery and it comes from the forest lawn location it is always dry and over cooked and the gravy is always bland and tasteless...?

The Large poutine, was very salty and unfortunately not enjoyed. The 6 Piece Original Recipe Chicken Bucket was very nice.
