the quality has definitely dropped. this store used to be the best in Calgary. the chicken is bland and almost flavorless. Fries, gravy and dessert were quite good.

The Chicken was cooked great. The Fry's where a little undercooked and not crispy. I didn't get any ketchup salt or pepper or vinegar that I had requested for the Fry's.
