the biscuits and the chicken were absurdly tender and moist. 10/10

The Popcorn Chicken Bucket was a great value. Over a pound of food for under $20 is hard to find nowadays. My only complaint was that I wish the Popcorn Chicken were crisper or cooked more. Nothing an air fryer couldn't fix.

Unfortunately, they forgot one of the drinks for our Famous Bowl Combos, and the bowls were predominantly mashed potatoes with very little chicken (there were only 5 small nuggets). They also added Cheese when we asked for no cheese. We don't usually have issues with this KFC, but it was a snowy day, so I would like to think it was just due to low staffing?

The chicken was rubbery, the crispy skin was practically burnt, the potatoes were in a small little container and obviously had been there for a long time as they were stuck to the side of the container. The one biscuit looks like someone had sat on it and I believe the drink I got was a Coke, but it had no bubbles and tasted stale. I will never ever order from them again.

was really happy to see they did two thighs and a drum for the box, everything was really well packed and don't feel like they skimped out on anything either
