I ordered two famous chicken sandwiches they were delicious, nice hot and fresh. They are very solid sandwiches, enough for one person. I will get them everytime from now on.

they missed some ad on items that I had paid for, and the 2 boneless boxes I got were both really sad, the included chicken tenders were laughably small, and they tasted horrible, as if they were burnt and also stale.
they also substituted my drinks without asking me first

Took an hour to prepare a Big Crunch Sandwich Combo with poutine fries. Because it took so long I thought it would be super fresh, it was warm, not freshly made. Very disappointing. Lettuce on the sandwich was also not the best, had to pick out a few rotting pieces.
I did order at lunch time, 12:14, but I never expected it would take that long even during a lunch rush.
