Sides were great and dd not disappoint.Chicken was ok but we did not receive our biscuits. They are usually on point but we never get biscuits.

The food was good. The 8 pc. Tenders Meal  was a bit dry. I did not receive any dipping sauces; which did not help. I ordered two Classic Chicken Sandwich's but only received one. I've had better experiences with this store and I am disappointed with today's expensive service despite being delivery......

As a die hard KFC fan, this was an extremely disappointing order. While the potatoes and biscuits were amazing per usual, the tenders were burnt near to inedible and the grease had not been changed in what seemed like the last century. As much as I have always loved KFC, I will not be ordering again any time soon.

My potato wedges were dried up and old. I took them back to the store and the manager refused to cook more.  So disappointed that customer service is so bad at this KFC

I ordered the 4 piece chicken combo, I have ordered this many times before and the last 2 times the chicken was hard like it was cooked  the day before and some of the order was cold and the biscuit was hard. Really disappointed.
