I was very disappointed with this purchase from KFC the mac and cheese was okay the mashed potatoes and gravy was okay the chicken however was old and very greasy my family and I did not enjoy this meal.

the chicken was terrible.. either under cooked or stale or over cooked. the biscuits were stale... just yuck

This location (Gurnee) has been declining in quality for a while. Pot pie had almost no chicken in it. Famous Bowl was all fried batter pieces, no chicken!!!

Some of the chicken was tough and the rest of it lacked flavor. Order was accurate.
