• 2/12/22everything was super fresh. my famous bowl was so hot and fresh I had to let it cool before eating. my boyfriend's was also fresh and hot. only complaint was the honey sauce was forgotten and for someone like me who's autistic that would mean I can't eat the biscuit. luckily I had honey here so it was no big deal especially since everything else was perfect. just wanted to mention it so that wherever this goes it might cause more awareness about how a little honey sauce could be a big deal. Would definitely order from here again. prices were good considering it was delivery and we're gonna have a ton of leftovers. 🖤

• 7/30/25How sauce was not included order and extra thigh and 5 pieces of chicken they didnt have only got four total. Real rip off and evident the workers here dont know how to properly plan or do their job. Save your money and eat elsewhere. Zaxbys in the area was much better. Will never order from here again. Again they will rip you off. Breading is falwing apart and you can tell it wasnt cooked all the way. Was not fresh at all

• 11/17/25I always get the 3pc big box meal, with the thighs and legs. The thighs are always wonderfully juicy, fresh, and just fall apart in my mouth. I love them. They're what keeps coming back again and again. However, I recently screwed up my order and accidentally ordered the breasts and wing meal instead. I decided to give it a go. The breasts were so horrendously dry and I could barely eat the wing. And I wings! I eat them all the time normally! So that was a huge disappointment. Will definitely pay closer attention when order next time. Huge inconsistency between big box meals. Sides were delicious as always though. <3

• 11/4/25The skin was partially hanging off of my wing as if a wolf had nibbled on it. I'm confident the chicken was fried in an entire bucket of oil and stored in the same bucket. I've never seen something so oily. I love the skin, but even this was too oily for me. It looked like something that had been hit by a semi truck.
The mashed potatoes, of that's what we're calling this stuff these days, weren't edible. Shavings of cardboard with some brown liquid poured over.
I have NO idea who is cooking whatever this non food is, but KFC should be ashamed of itself for selling it as edible. No wonder people have health issues. Fast food is bad, but this, this stuff is worse.

• 8/22/25The drink was flat, the fries were old and tough, the Classic Chicken Sandwich was meh. I should have gone to McDonald's.
