Popcorn chicken was not edible, very overcooked, and the chicken in the sandwich was very stringy. Waste of $20. Did not get compensated

I paid for an additional side and it was upgraded price . Deep fried pickle chips ( more money ) . Dasher called and told me they were out of the pickles so I agreed to an extra Mac salad ( which would have been a cheaper option ) . They gave me a personal extremely small Mac salad as the replacement- and the fries were literally not even half of what I would have normally got . A family bucket 14 piece should have enough fries for 4 people and it was NOWHERES close to enough . Very disappointed in KFC the last couple times they messed up my dash order .

There was so much oil on this chicken it literally was dripping off of the bottom pieces.I order from here because there's no other options but if others would join DoorDash like imperial or rays I would not order from KFC anymore just to greasy.

I would order a bucket of chicken weekly if the prices were reasonable. I have absolutely loved KFC, since I was a kid, but since they've cut the portions in half and charge more than any restaurant and considering I can buy great fried chicken at the grocery store fresh and hot for under 20 bucks I pass. KFC if you want more business try and be considerate to all the people who work hard for their money and have outrageous rent, food, gas bills etc. to pay and I guarantee you would make a killing in sales. JMO
