The chicken in the famous bowl was not fully cooked. I was not able to eat either bowl. The chicken was very gummy.

The macaroni and cheese is burnt and gross looking and not a large order. And the mashed potatoes isn't a large order either.

I ordered a three piece white chicken meal and I received dark chicken. The rest of the order was correct, but there was no napkins, eating utensils or a straw for my drink. DoorDash did not make this mistake. This was the mistake of KFC. They need to do better job of checking orders. I went back and recheck the order online and I did order the White meal but it printed out on KFC side as dark so I don't know what the issue was there other than getting the wrong type of chicken. My order was good and the first time I've ever ordered when I ordered extra biscuits that I got them so if they had just got the chicken right this time they would have gotten a great score

Every sandwich was smothered in mayo, so bad you could smell it before opening it. Side was half full and bbq chicken Original Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich was missing completely. It's a shame you pay even more on line with all the added fees and still go through the laziness of making the food and not putting it all in the bag. Do better! If you don't like your job, get another one!
