10-piece bucket had a good variety of pieces and all juicy and tender., 4 tenders equally good with accompanying plum sauce. Zingers sandwiches were def. spicey but not overwhelminly so. Only downside was the macaroni salad being too bland and watery and the fries just not up to par.

très petits morceaux; certains étaient des demis morceaux, on trouvait les deux moitiés coupées. Donc, en réalité, c'était loin d'être un 10 morceaux.
il n'y avait qu'un morceau de blanc coupé en deux, qu'eux comptaient pour 2 morceaux.
Finalement, la sauce extra qui m'a coûté $4,89 avec taxes, était manquante ainsi que la trempette ranch.
Excessivement déçue.

I am extremely disappointed with my latest PFK order. I don't know what happened in the fryers today, but this batch was completely unacceptable and practically inedible.
The most offensive part of the box was a drumstick that had somehow been stripped of half its meat, leaving a dry, naked bone sticking straight up with a bizarre clump of over-fried crust clinging to the top joint. The rest of the chicken wasn't much better. Instead of a golden, crispy coating, the breading was a dark, burnt reddish-brown and heavily saturated with oil. The little meat that was attached was visibly tough and entirely dried out, and the whole presentation was just a sad, greasy mess inside the cardboard box.
I order fried chicken expecting a satisfying, crispy meal, not an overcooked, unappetizing disaster. Extremely poor quality control—save your money and skip this until they sort out their kitchen standards.

Ordered 6 piece only one was white and it was small and not much meat. The taste is not the iconic taste.
