• 2/15/26The nuggets were hard and dark so I'm assuming they had been there for awhile and the frys wasn't fresh either. The apple pie bites didn't have hardly any filling so it was basically just bread. The mashed potatoes and coleslaw seems to always be great. I'm not sure I will order the pie bites again but would give the frys and nuggets another try because they do seem like they would be good if they were fresh.

• 6/30/26I ordered come back sauce and did not get it. The chicken was packed on top of the biscuit for the three chicken value meal. This is the second time my order was brought to me incorrectly not by the DoorDash, but by KFC it's a very big letdown quality has gone to low standards and that's very unfortunate for a good company.but

• 11/10/22the chicken on the chicken sandwich was small cold and dry the popcorn chicken on my Mac and cheese bowl was nothing but breading and I didn't even get my French fries or my large popcorn chicken.

• 3/11/26Ordered 2 of the 3 piece chicken big box meals. Will not order again from KFC. The chicken is dropped in grease order crispy and the skin is not even on the chicken it's so soggy it's in the bottom of the box. Missing the biscuits it was suppose to come with. Taste is awful! Def should consider serving this to customers.
