The chicken were not cooked well. Some were still pink inside. The fries were stale and the gravy didnt even look like gravy it was just dark brown water. I gave it a one star but really it deserves no star.

Didn't get the order right . Sent a small gravy ( not part of the large gravy as per bucket meal)
Gave me large coleslaw ( can't stand coleslaw)
I order potato salad.
Fries were cold and not cooked . Probably sat for 10 min waiting on the chicken to cook. I worked in fast food, there is timing and knowledge of one's job/ training needed.
Don't order from here if it's takeout. They are not trained in proper technique of kfc.
People who don't care in quality control or proper kFC quality. I believe KFC corporate should evaluate who they franchise too. Quality had dropped through the floor due to these franchises.

Good quality Chili Crunch Chicken Sandwich nice taste, a good go to meal would order again.

I wish I could add pictures... my daughter has the 2 Piece Original Recipe Chicken Combo and the pieces she's received had 1) no meat on what looked like maybe a piece of breast because of the ribs the skin was attached to (I asked for all dark) and 2) the wing meat and skin was all brown and soggy probably because it was sitting in blood before battering and frying. She therefore had no meat with that meal. The 2 Piece Original Recipe Tenders Combo were undercooked and my son had to eat my Go Bucket - Popcorn Chicken. So, I'm making myself something to eat... When you put those meals together, ask yourself if you'd eat that. You would've never had what I received. I guarantee you that.
