This location in the Richmond Centre food court is terrible. 3 different orders on 3 separate occasions, the chicken has been soaked in oil. Even the bucket has a pool of oil at the bottom, soaking the chicken. The skin, which should be crispy, is almost gone and soggy. We will not order from them again. The KFC at bridgeport rd and sea island way, is by far better. KFC is supposed to be crispy, not soggy.
