Tried for 40 minutes to order using kfc.ca app. Tried 3 cards from 2 different banks and order did not go through. ordered through door dash. Driver drove past my house to go to another restaurant and pick up someone else's order, delivered that order before mine, which he picked up 15 min. earlier. When food arrived the 2 LARGE macaroni salads were two very small 4 ounce containers and a large gravy I did not order. And, to top it all off, the 10 piece bucket I ordered had exactly 8 pieces of chicken.

The Plant-Based Sandwich is usually really good but this one time it was dripping and spraying with oil ever bite it really turned me off from kfc haha I will be taking a break. The fries were good tho

I received macaroni salad instead of coleslaw.
The Gravy is horrible. This comes from a package instead of making it from scratch the way stores are taught. KFC says making the gravy the original way is part of your franchise agreement.

Ordered the Family Bucket Feast. Items included were supposed to be 10 pieces Original Recipe Chicken, Large Popcorn, Large Fries, 2 Large Side and 3 Dips. We received 8 pieces Original Recipe Chicken and no Large Fries.
