• 10/20/24This is the second time I have ordered from this store. Both times(during pick up)the customer service has been sub-par. This visit, an elderly couple that came in to order, were greeted and spoken to in a disrespectful manner. This is why Chic-fil-a is running KFC out of business.

• 12/28/25My order was for a ThHREE piece comb- original, with Cole slaw and mashed potatoes with gravy. What I received is what appearred to be TwO large eagle breast!

• 9/8/25Was supposed to be three biscuits there's no gravy with potatoes. I ordered this all the time and it's messed up. I'm missing food missing gravy and the employees were not friendly. I've never had this problem before, but I at least want to get what I paid for. I love this KFC so it pains me to be putting in this review in and I guess I won't be putting the order in there again at night.
