it was very well prepared and placed within the box and delivered! Temperature of the food was excellent and it tasted great as always!

It was late at night but there is no excuse for what they sent me. You can tell that my big crunch sandwich was re-fried and burnt under the coating. It tasted like old, burnt oil.
There must be a fry shortage because my bag was half full.
If it was not for my slightly warm popcorn chicken, the whole meal would have been INEDIBLE.

Was old stale and greasy ! I was so looking forward to KFC as it had been about 6 months . Better to order around lunch but for sure before 7 pm

This was my FIRST EVER KFC Meal. The chicken was drowning in grease, the fries were stale, and the biscuits had an off flavour to them. Popeyes is 100 times better then this, how is KFC even still in business?

Food was awesome. I ordered it at 5:00 for 5:50-6:10. Came very early. 5:34. Obviously did not read that part of the order
