This is one of the best places to get lunch in the area! Portion sizes are super generous, and the food is super flavorful. I got the Chicken Curry which came with a healthy serving of rice and a side of bread. I also got the Baklava which is some of the best I've had. Love getting this for lunch!

This is my go-to spot for Afghani food across all the options in the bay area. The price and quality are always on point, and the owner is a really sweet lady who always provides awesome service and a great chat. I've tried many items on the menu at this point, but my highlights are the mantoo, chapli kabob, and rice (seriously, the rice is so good). The food is always packed with lots of spices and flavor, and the portions are huge. I think this place is seriously underrated - quality has been consistent over the years. Definitely give it a try if you want some good Afghani food!

Amazing hidden gem.
Have been to the restaurant twice visiting East Bay and decided to try Borani Kadoo appetizer and was incredible. Everything else was incredible as usual and so was the amazing refreshing dessert (Firni).

Great meal from Khyber pass. This place was actually recommended to us by our daughter pediatrician. I especially loved the quabilli pallow with tender succulent lamb. Hummus had a bit of a smoky flavor that our daughter didn't like, but the rest of the family loved it.

The chicken kebab is so juicy and flavorful and the Kirni dessert is super fragrant and aromatic with cardamon and cashews.
