This food is so amazing! Fresh, full of flavors and beautiful textures. So many vegetarian options. I don't remember the names of all the items I chose in my 4 item veggie plate but each item was unique and SOOO delicious. I got a lentil item, cabbage and carrot item, collard greens item, and a puréed chickpea item. The green salad was crisp with a delicious vinegar dressing, and the injera flatbread was a perfect delicious soft pairing with each bite. Just WOW.

Really good, got the 15. Dero Wot. Probably would be really spicy for the average person. Deep and spiced flavor, and super savory stew. The injera (the flat sour pancake) was amazing!

The most tender lamb I've ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly. One of the best places I've had in Boise!

15. Dero Wot is a good tasting dish. The flavorscould have been built a little better and salt goes a long way. It has a good portion size. It wasn't that tasting in freshness and could be fresher.

Absolutely hands down my favorite restaurant. Don't tell my family but we moved to Boise just so I could order takeout from Kibrom's.
