• 2 days agoThe Philly cheesesteak was absolutely delicious. I added mushrooms to my order. With the seafood platter, I loved the shrimp fries and coleslaw, but the fish was so small and thin that I would give it a two out of five stars. The green beans and mashed potatoes were very good. I would say the hamburger was way too small for the bun. Other than the fish and the hamburger, the other two meals were delicious. So room for improvement but the stuff that was good was very good.  I enjoyed the taste of everything. I would definitely order the steak sandwich again and again and again and again! :-)

• 10/24/25Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich on fresh, white hoagie bun was absolutely delicious!! Actually was able to save half of it for later. I will definitely be ordering from here again. They made 2 separate Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich in this order both made with different requests on point Kickback Jacks made them both with hot fresh cut fries 🍟 that was just as delicious as the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich!! can't wait to order from here again! one of the few places that can make the order without making the customer disappointed!! keep it up Kickback Jacks!!

• 4/26/23Tasty sandwich- generous steak portion ; with cheese still hot when picked up. Ate in restaurant bar. Friendly staff... Hand cut fries seasoned well.

• 7/3/26The shrimp were frozen "salad" shrimp. the coating crumbled off the shrimp. I have had the fish and chips at the restaurant and thought the breading would be same. But it was not, Really Poor. And as a side note, I was not given tarter or cocktail sauce. Luckily I have some of my own - but still didn't help. So 22$ down the garbage disposal. My son's burger was good.

• 5/29/23They forgot to put all the grilled chicken for all three of our salads in the Dasher's bag. When I called they were apologetic but my parents still had to drive all the way there in the rain to get it, which defeats the point of paying for Door Dash (they are taking care of me after surgery so I did not like them having to do even more for me at all). This restaurant has greatly improved in service and quality over the last few months though, so this is an unusal mistake. All of the salad greens were great quality, no wimpy leaves, and the chicken was tender and not overseasoned.
