Today was my first time here. First let me start with the staff. Loved being greeted as I walked in the door by the team behind the counter. I was asked if I had a call in order and was told it was being worked on. The guys behind the counter were effortlessly making orders while casually chatting with those picking out the ingredients for their orders. I waited less than two and half minutes at most and was on my way.
What most impressive is the layout of the bowls. Someone had gone above and beyond about presentation. But even more than that it's the freshest fish I have gotten here in Bakersfield and hate to admit this but even fresher than some I had on the coast. They don't skimp on the fish either. The pieces are good sized and melted in my mouth. The seaweed salad was delicious!! For me, that's saying a lot LOL. I'm definitely a convert. This is my new go to for that sushi fix in a bowl.

The food is always fresh and they have so many great options, and generous portions. They have a wide variety of sauces that are the perfect addition to the bowls. I will definitely eat here again.

If there was an option to give more than 5 stars, I would definitely give more! This place never fails with giving quality food at a reasonable price! I will forever love this place!
