We love Kim Long!! Their broth is so warm, comforting, and inviting. It has such depth, and you can taste the time and care put into every bite. I am ordering their Pho for the 4th time this week. I have shared it with my husband and my brother, and we all agree there is something unique and warm and welcoming in their broth. We would highly recommend Kim long. Also, just to note, we ordered it for delivery every single time it has arrived, still piping hot and delicious. I have had specific request due to allergies, and they also take care to check my request and send me food I can enjoy. 10/10 would recommend.

I took a pic after I added all the goodies the broth... couldn't wait to get that Pho! There was a generous amount of bean sprouts an noodles, and just the perfect amount of greens.The P9. Steak and Meat Ball Pho as delivered with the steak ad meatballs cold but the broth was warm enough to cook it perfectly. I am so pleased with this order!

My favorite thing from this order was the Kim Kim Long Roll. It was a regular spring roll, but tasted like it maybe had lime juice in the filling. The P9. Steak and Meat Ball Pho comes with rare steak, and the broth was almost hot enough to cook it without heating, but not quite. I was a little disappointed in the amount of meat balls provided. There were 4 half meat balls. The V29. Charbroiled Shrimp and Lemon Grass Beef, Vegetable & R.P. had good flavor, but did remind me more of a pasta salad in a way. I didn't look at what was in it besides noodles because it was for my daughter, which she ended up sharing pho with me. The meat had good flavor though and I liked the picked vegetables provided, but might not be for everyone. All meat and vegetables tasted fresh.

Overall, flavor was very good for all items. The portion of P8. Steak, Brisket and Meat Ball Pho was very good, but I could tell the meat was prepared beforehand. The meatballs were quite cold in the middle even after sitting in the broth for at least 5 minutes. I wasnt surprised the steak was raw, but in case anyone hasn't really had steak in pho the meat is provided raw and Thinly sliced.37. Chicken Lo Mein was good and had char siu chicken in it. Main downside is that it didn't have as many vegetables as I would have liked and the porton was kind of small for $15 tag. Also wasnt expecting thin noodles in lo mein. TheB. Summer Roll (2 Rolls) were good and was fresh, the peanut sauce was a little thinner than I would have liked.

Kim long is my favorite restaurant. The quality of food is always perfect. Everything is so flavorful and filling. I love the vermicelli bowls, but their pho and egg noodle soups are worth the try as well. I have been eating here for years, and always recommend Kim Long to anyone looking for fantastic Vietnamese food.
