the Gambino king cake is solid, always perfect, the other one isn't a king cake at all. it's a pound cake. it should be advertised as such. $33 for a tiny pound cake.

This is my first order and I love the establishment and it's purpose. However, I was surprised to find out the box which held my king cake was unsecured and the food item could have been easily tampered with. A piece of tape to secure the box lid would have been much appreciated before the order was passed off to a third party for pickup. This might be an issue for NOCCA to consider since it is their packaging.
As far as the king cake itself, the Goat Cheese Apple, the dough was way too dry (almost choked on it). The apple was ok because it was hard chunks of apple. Best part was the goat cheese to be honest.

Every King cake we've purchased from King hub seems to have been stale and flavorless! We also ordered from Gracious bakery and received one from Bittersweet Confections! We've been very unhappy with their King Cakes this year .
