The flowers at Kings are always fresh, beautiful and given with great customer service. I would recommend them above anyone else, but

The bouquet looked nothing like the photo. So much white compared to red. And placement of certain flowers was bad. The "stars" of the bouquet were squished in a corner. The only redeeming quality was the wrapping paper.

I had a small issue with the bouquet however, a man named Gene went above and beyond to solve it, curated the most beautiful bouquet, and truly made my friend's birthday so special 10/10

The flowers were fresh and beautiful but there were only 11 roses out of the 12 because one stem did not have a rose to it. Hopefully next time they count the number of roses and not the stems.
