Decent/large size mackerel portion that always has the most deliciously lightly golden crisp batter & fresh flaky fillet.
The sea scallops are always so fresh/firm with that outer batter crunch you want with great sea scallops + the chips are cooked perfectly crisp on the outside & are fluffy on the inside.
Kings rd fish bar has been my go-to f&c shop for years for a reason.

• 4/26/24wow so glad Kings Rd now have delivery. Still best in town. my Barramundi was huge & potato scallops were really big... after eating my fish which was delicious & perfectly cooked could only manage half my scollop. I ordered 3 got 4 so cheers plenty to enjoy tomorrow. 10/10

• 5/27/24I haven't ordered from here in years & they're still as amazing as I remember. So not surprisingly they continue to be highly rated. Everything was hot, fresh & SO goo!.
Doordash delivery was prompt. I'll def be ordering from Kings Rd Fish Bar via Doordash delivery again.
*the fish portion is huge.. enough for leftovers t'row 🙌🏽

• 8/23/24Perfectly fine and edible but whatever it is they use for oil just does NOT smell good out of the wrapping, I don't know how else to put it. Was damn near enough to put me off dinner. Better than the last time though when I couldn't eat near a damn thing of it because the smell had permeated the taste. Try out some new oils guys.
