Truly authentic. The patties taste amazing and go down very well. The patties are filled properly which is great because far too many west Indian restaurants or bakeries have a tendency to be cheap with their offerings. I hope this place never goes down that route because right now they have a pretty special thing happening.

Kingston 12 Patty Shop delivered a tasty lunch! The fresh chicken lunch with white rice was well-cooked, big portions and the 2 beef patties were delicious. Soup was out of stock, but overall a satisfying meal — would definitely order again!

For someone who loves authentic pattie's, these were extremely disappointing. There was hardly any beef in the patties! They were mainly composed of fat rather than beef! The coco bread was good hence the 2 stars.

I have walked in here and received good service. The place is clean and the patties are good. Little bit pricey for my liking but they taste nice.
