The Maru salad wasn't very good. Huge cucumber pieces and TINY avo and mango. Made me feel like this item was a money grab because of how stingy they were w their produce.

I was craving Miso Soup ...AND I WILL BE COMING BACK. I also got their Baked Green Mussel (5pcs) and it was yummy.

The food quality is good though I learned I am not crazy about soy paper. My biggest issue is that the rolls were not clearly labeled and the only roll that seemed to 100% match the restaurant's description was the Falcon Roll. One roll was missing tempura shrimp, another was missing the eel, another had spicy tuna and it wasn't supposed to. The spicy tuna was so spicy it was almost inedible and considering not all these rolls were supposed to include it that was a bit problematic.
So a thumbs up for freshness, but I would hesitate to order again because I am not confident I will get it as described.

I absolutely love ramen but this broth tastes like grass. The bulgogi itself is delicious, but the Bulgogi Beef Ramen and Garlic Edamame are not very good

Tonkotsu Ramen was bland, needed more flavor and left us unsatisfied. Noodles portion was good.
