The flathead used to be amazing, but I stopped ordering it more than a year ago now when the quality went downhill and I kept getting really thin pieces that were just all crumb. And today the chips were stone cold, which was not the delivery drivers fault. They must have been cold when he picked them up. Really disappointing.
