I had a great experience at Kitab Coffee. The atmosphere is cozy and unique, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee. Everything tasted fresh and well made, and the portions were satisfying for the price. The service was friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again. They also have a cute book corner, which makes it all so nice & relaxing.

One of my favorite cafes. The Grandma’s Golden Tea is amazing hot or iced. The Egg & Cheese is always fresh and customizable.

The food is delicious & fresh, and the cafe is beautiful, filled with great recommendations for books, however the customer service wasn't great at all, especially considering that was my first time in.
I stood at the counter for a few minutes while everyone else was spoken to; I had to speak to someone directly to tell them that I was still waiting for my food, which was.. off putting. Ontop of that, I said "thank you" and she didn't say anything back, lol
I'll definitely come back to give it another chance, but to completely ignore customers is wild, especially when it was just me in the line, standing at the counter for several minutes.
