• 2/13/22I got three drinks, two 16 oz and one 24 oz but they were all 16 oz, even though I paid more for the 24 oz. They were all delicious though!!

• 1/13/24I ordered a 32oz, two flavors, two toppings and the one "good" thing was one of the toppings because I actually got what I ordered.
To start off, as soon as I found a strawberry, I bite into it and it was frozen and hard as a rock. (You can see the photo) so, the "fresh cut strawberries mentioned in the order was not true
Then I start eating the yogurt, and the flavor was not what I ordered. So I started digging and found no cookies and cream or cheesecake flavor. As you can see in the photo, you can only see vanilla and chocolate. I tried all ways but no other flavors found. Very disappointing online order.
