I ordered the Garlic Bomb Ramen from Ko‑Ryu Ramen and wow… this was one of those moments where takeout actually exceeds expectations.
First impression: packaging was solid and thoughtful. The broth arrived separate from the noodles, keeping everything fresh and preventing the dreaded soggy ramen situation.
🔥 The Garlic Bomb Ramen lives up to its name — rich, deeply savory broth with bold roasted garlic flavor that hits immediately but doesn’t overpower. It’s indulgent without being greasy. The noodles had great texture even after delivery, which is honestly rare for ramen via DoorDash.
Toppings were generous:
* tender slices of chashu pork
* perfectly cooked soft-boiled eggs with creamy yolks
* fresh green onions and garlic garnish adding extra punch
The broth alone is comfort in a cup — warm, umami-packed, and exactly what you want when craving something satisfying.
As a frequent ramen eater, I’m always skeptical about delivery ramen, but Ko-Ryu proved it can be done right. This felt like a restaurant experience at home.

Great flavor, but only one super small piece of brisket for the price point was really disappointing. Other places serve way more meat for the same price and flavors are similar. Won't order again

We've had Ko-Ryu at least 20 times, eat in, pickup, and delivery. They expertly pack it all separate so the noodles are not soggy, and one can heat the soup back up to piping hot in one minute. Always consistent. Seems like a lot of money for noodles and broth, two orders with all the add-ons makes it close to $50 for two bowls of Ramen, feels like Tokyo.

This is absolutely the best thing that I order on DoorDash ! It's always perfection ! Especially in cold whether or rainy days like today !! I'm not the review type ( I always forget lol) but I made it a point mid bite to leave a review !
