I'm in the city for a few days, and the restaurant is within a mile of my hotel. Bummer I can't eat here more often. First, huge shout to our waitress who was so helpful & attentive! Everything we ordered was made correctly and fresh, and tasted soooo delicious. Great portion sizes- filling, but not too large that we couldn't finish. I highly recommend!

Thought The Classic Tonkotsu Ramen tasted like it was mostly fish sauce broth. Didn't have much deep flavors imho. Wouldn't order the ramen again, but I'm sure there other offerings are good

The Classic Tonkotsu Ramen - broth was so tasty. good portion of meat, ramen, bamboo shoots, corn, one egg.
