The Beef w. Broccoli was very fatty and chewy. The chicken was salty and a soft chewy consistency like the beef and just wasnt edible. The restaurant offered to replace but I wont ever try this place again. Lady on the phone was really nice and found it odd saying that so many people order the Beef w. Broccoli. We had a grup of people try the chicken ad beef and they all didnt eat it. The Cucumber Roll roll was half a normal size it resembled a mini roll instead of a full sushi roll. The rice was ok.

Absolutely amazing. Not only is this the best Sushi place in the Valley but most likely the entire state and I mean this wholeheartedly. The food is creative, delicious, fresh, and ample in serving size.
I've been a regular for years and they're always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is right, or if there *was* a mishap - to make it right.
And while I am not a Sushi connoisseur, I have lived in NYC, Los Angeles, Houston, and Chicago, as well as Narita Japan - and for Western Sushi (Maki as opposed to Nigiri) they are one of the best I've ever had.

I wanted to love the food and experience what other reviewers shared, but our experience wasn't good. We will not be returning. We ordered the JJ Salmon Roll and the and Angel Roll. I expected much better from the reviews. Both were below average. Avacado took up 3/4 of the roll. And there was so much breadcrumbs in one of them.
We also ordered the Chicken Fried Rice and the House Special Fried Rice. They were basically a ton of rice, large pieces of egg, and imitation chicken. Very few onions. No flavor. I can't think of a worse fried rice I've had in the past few years.

Sushi was great as always but Creme Brulee & Berries completely frozen solid. $11,95 for a small dessert that can't be enjoyed.
