The service was amazing from the time we walked in the door. The waitress was very friendly and answered an questions we had about the menu. Even laughed with us about who was paying the bill lol! Their boneless wings were like none other in size; they are huge and delicious! I had the TLC flavor.

The absolute worst wings and fries ever they burnt and flavorless as the fries were over cooked and no one answered the phone ever for $23 I should not be throwing food away in this economy. I will never patronize you again ... thanks for nothing

I was excited to order the Krucial Breaded Wings* because they were delicious the last few times that I've had them. However this time the restaurant sent out a plate of clearly burnt and refried wings. They tasted like charcoal so I tossed them in the trash. This was definitely a waste of $25.

I ordered the Fish Sliders and the fish was great. However, from the photos I thought the fish came with the sauce but apparently you'll have to pay the extra $1.99 to get some type of sauce on it at all or you'll just get fish and bread, which I didnt know because this is my first time eating KOK. Also, the "regular fries" came with some sort of cajun/sugar seasoning. I wasn't a fan of them. However, the fish was fresh and great!

The wings were good, but the fries were soggy and limp. We did not receive our drink, and the Hawaiin Rolls description says they're stuffed with a bunch of delicious things. They turned out to be plain old Hawaiin Rolls
