Tonkotsu: Very strong garlic and onion, pork tastes fantastic. Broth is the best part.
Orange Lemon Roll: Looks delicious and tastes delicious. Aioli is wonderful and the overall roll tastes refreshing.
Miso: Wonderful. Exactly what I expected, very satisfying.

Yuck, definitely won't be ordering from here ever again. Teriyaki Chicken Bowl had no teriyaki sauce whatsoever and the chunks of chicken were completely dry. Also had random blobs of mayonnaise in the bowl. It was inedible. The Shrimp Tempura was soggy. The Edamame (Garlic) was good. Only reason it gets 2 stars instead of one was the edamame was good.

I got two paper thin slices of pork with my pork ramen, even took a photo I was so surprised. If I'm paying for protein, I expect to get more than that.

I did order through door dash but that should not excuse the spicy edamame being so over cooked and soppy. Not enough napkins, chopsticks, ginger... for our little group of 3.
Besides the Edamame(Spicy) everything else tasted great. Honestly would choose another spot next time if this isnt changed.

It was delicious the salmon skin roll had a nice chewy meat texture and the ramune melon was a sweet tasting soft drink.
