Boba is super good here, I've been to Koko boba tea house and it's such a cute place, really clean too. Overall a very cute place to go have some boba tea at

The matcha powder looked like it had dye in it you could see bright green pieces. Trying so hard to make it seem like 'good' matcha. Extra for boba and then making it seem like boba is included in the drinks. Got food and it looked like whatever they cooked it in wasn't cleaned because it had stuff all over it.

Our first order was great and we appreciated the sugar level options. This order was so sweet it was undrinkable and the boba was missing in the Brown Sugar Boba Mil even though it is listed as an included ingredient. I really wish they were consistent. Will not order again.

Tastes like milk and nothing else. Does NOT taste like a Vietnamese iced coffee at all.
