they were hard almost like the batter stays frozen until a cookie is ordered. the filling was minimal and the entire cookie was a bit much but nothing to write home about sadly. I was excited to try them but they fell short.

Absolutely awful! The cookies were stale and the flavor was bad. The lemon was edible.
