The thing I love most about Kopan Ramen is the rich broth and their eggs are so delicious! I also love that there's an option to get chicken instead of Chashu. This is a great place to get ramen!

I ordered the Snow White Roll under the "fresh rolls" tab. All I could taste was mayo due to the crab meat, not to mention there wasn't any tuna in the roll at all. Reallyyy disappointed I paid $20 for that. Even with imitation crab inside, I shouldn't be eating globs of mayo.

The yellow fish on the Baja California Roll was not fresh. The Albacore Sushi fell apart and the albacore was not fresh. The Fantasy Roll had no flavor.
