• 5/7/22The thing I love most about Kopan Ramen is the rich broth and their eggs are so delicious! I also love that there's an option to get chicken instead of Chashu. This is a great place to get ramen!

• 12/19/25The yellow fish on the Baja California Roll was not fresh. The Albacore Sushi fell apart and the albacore was not fresh. The Fantasy Roll had no flavor.
