Food is always 11/10 in store, first time ordering pickup and it was no different. Missed our extra wings originally but with a quick call they put some more right on and we swing back to get then. Customer service was awesome!

Fries didn't have any seasoning on them, burger was cooked well when I asked for medium. They couldn't fulfill my order of the ROASTED GARLIC PLATTER so they gave me another order of PRETZELS & BEER CHEESE (didn't call me to see if I wanted a refund or something else.)

Watery wing sauce, yuck
Flavorless tacos
No lettuce in taco salad, no flavor at all asked for no olives, get them anyway.
Paid for extra sauces an didn't get them.
I really have enjoyed their food in the past. This was costly and very disappointing.

Really soft burgers if it wasn't for the temperature difference I wouldn't have been able to tell by texture what was the burger and what was the best burgers me and my wife have ever had will buy the 1\2 BURGER s again also really nice and soft fries
