Listen, you can never go wrong with the Spicy Salmon (GF) and the BBQ Korean (GF) rice balls! Always a fave! I ordered the Soup Combo, which is great. I wish it was a tad less in the salty side. But there was a hearty portion of delicious tofu! Koro Koro always hits the spot!

One of my spicy chili chicken onigiri was good bu the other onigiri of the exact same flavor was excessiely, kill-your-grandma-with-one-bite spicy. I didnt realize I was ordering Carolina Reaper peppered chicken!! Jeez
Also that one had so much oil on it that it started leaking out of the plastic wrapper and all into the order bag. My order bag was covered in grease!!
They also charge for each sauce... you dont get any free, even with the Drink Combo
Honestly, it just tastes like rice and taco meat anyway... I think I'll stick to the little counter inside of Mitsuwa food court

Riceballs are very big but barely have any filling at all. The truffle tuna riceball I had was very clearly not fresh as well, just bad fish with no truffle taste. Even the seaweed salad was tough and chewy. I don't even understand how they managed that.

Unfortunately, along with rising prices, the consistency has decreased with the last few orders I've placed. I used to love getting a few rice balls (BBQ Korean and Kimchi Salmon), but it seems that the last few times I've ordered, the filling to rice ratio has decreased on at least one of the rice balls
Perhaps I'd be willing to pay the higher price point given inflation, but not if there's a decrease in the food quality or quantity. In this case, it's a bit of both. The decrease in filling leads to a completely different meal and it's very disapppointing.

Usually my order is good but its been slipping. The Meal Combo included the Kimchi Salmon and the Korean BBQ with a Green Salad and Miso Soup. The Miso is disgustingly salty..its actually ridiculous. The Onigiri was barely wrapped (no usual sticker) and was ironically tastless. I just dont get it.
