idk what sorcery they're practicing in the kitchen, but damn, it's amazing! one of the best ramen I've had. the only unfortunate thing is, this restaurant doesn't have beef broth ramen. GYOZA (7) was delicious, too. Well done!!

I got the TONKOTSU AKAMARU (RED) and it was pretty good. The broth was flavorful and noodles were perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of bounce and texture. This one is also a personal preference, but I wish it was slightly spicier.
Only thing I'd avoid is the TAKOYAKI (8) It wasn't worth the price and it was 1% octopus and 99% batter. Could probably get better at a boba shop.

TONKOTSU AKAMARU (RED)
The food and serving are good. However, i was expecting a bit of spiciness. The chili paste given is so little, it's almost nonexistent. Also, having to pay an extra $2 and only given 6 extremely small and thin slices of dried garlic is absurd.

Love this place, only okay I order ramen and sushi from. If you like ghost pepper hot, get this! This ramen had my mouth burning, like I needed ice cream to cool off my mouth. Super flavorful, big portion, and delicious.
