The chicken for the Chaufa De Pollo
And the meat for the Lomo Saltado is burnt.
I love this place and it has never been overcooked like this before. Taste like burnt chicken and meat.

The arroz chaufa with seafood lacked flavor and did not have much seafood, no octopus at all. The sudado de pescado was dry, two pieces of fish swimming in the sauce.

Oh man the Acebichado Rolls are simply the best sushi I have ever had. The lomo Saltado is just bursting with flavor, so much so I feel guilty even eating it lol.
