I ordered the no broth Ramen bowl and the purin and both were amazing. the bowl was filling for the price and the noodles cooked perfectly. the purin was a great texture and the flavor was slightly coffee like which was delightful. will be trying more items in the future

The Shioyaki Saba (GF) is so so tasty! It's so stinky but the sweet soy sauce and the grated daikon is just phenomenal with the mackerel. I love the Potato chips (GF)(V) because they're a perfect blend of sweet and umami, with a little vinegary salty something too, very crunchy! The Brisket-Don is quite dry but still really tasty, the rice takes on a lot of flavor from the meat and it's really nice, just wish it had a sauce or something to offset the dryness. I've had one of the ramen bowls and it was really great, the gluten free noodles survived after being delivered which is astounding to me! I think they really shine with their entrees, though I haven't had a lot of their appetizers. I think the quality and portions are decent for the price, and I'd absolutely get the mackerel specifically as often as I can! it's seriously so good!

The meat had weird texture and taste, and the portion size of noodles to soup was off. We received so little broth it barely covered the ingredients so the noodles couldn't cook right. I've loved Koyote in person but with DoorDash it's a miss.

The food and service were absolutely fantastic! Just a heads up, we decided to experiment with the creamy sesame broth by customizing the vegetable ramen (we added brisket, naturally) and it turned out to be quite spicy! The taste was delightful, but we'll follow the server's recommendation and ask for it milder next time.
I'm seriously considering moving into the lotus chips. I'm wish I could purchase them in bulk now!

Koyote is always excellent and I've only gotten desserts from them a handful of times since I'm typically very satisfied with the meals I get, but this is the first time I decided to try their purin! It was honestly the best purin I've had in a long time and especially in Utah. I will definitely be getting it again soon. There really aren't any misses at Koyote, whatever you end up choosing for meat or veg eaters.
