Absolutely obsessed with Kozan, we have been customers since day one. This is our treat by the end of the week. So many drinks to choose from and me and my son are trying our best to try all their drinks. We use to be Starbucks lovers but kozan takes the win. We love you :)

I usually really love Kozan, I drive 25 mins there an back because I love the jasmine milk tea. I thought to try something different.. turned into a mistake and a waste. Maybe it was a bad barista, the rose milk tea was too too floral-- felt like I was drinking perfume :( which is super unfortunate because I absolutely adore rose milk teas from other locations. I was not able to drink much as the floral taste was overwhelming, little to no sweetness when I asked for 100% sweetness

the accommodations were honored but this drink missed the mark.. one, there was no straw this time with my order. two, it tastes watered and filtered down, a little over run by the brulee swirl rather than embracing the strawberry or banana flavors. I love kozan and this is the one time they've let me down. maybe it's the way I ordered but I'm pretty disappointed.
