I've had to order out quite a lot since surgery and this is by far the BEST. The broth was flavorful, shumai nicely cooked not mushy, packaged well, definitely 5 stars

Everything is so good here except what I received.today for the Veggie hotpot. These all had a weird plastic feel to them, they were.in edible..only a cpl mushroom is and 3 carrotts for veggies were edible, but everything else is so delicious! I order from here all the time! spicy pork Bulgogi is my usual goto. but the shumai and the gyoza are little bites of heaven.

My experience made me sad because I am a regular in person at KPOT. I absolutely love the quality and experience in restaurant. I don't love that the hot pot isn't customizable online, but still worth a try. Portion size is good, but the quality of the Thom Yum so off the mark. It was really spicy, but had no flavor and was reminiscent of dirty water. The protein (beef ribeye) was really over cooked and all vegetables were hard and raw. Maybe I shouldnt fault them because it's difficult to get the items to cook without the actual stove, but it just was not good. I still love KPOT and will always be a loyal in person customer! Just do not recommend delivery.

drinks on the combo order are small. literally got a size small drink for 4.50when a boba tea is only a couple dollars more. Tastes delicious though.

The best experience that you could get from delivery from a place where you cook the food yourself. Only negative is that I wish the drink sizes were larger.
