The Bento tasted great, very flavorful. More than sufficient, rice, meat, and veg. The hot pot I didn't know what to do with. I would order the shumai and the Bento again. One thought is that everything is only in one way, with no ability to adjust. That could be better.

Pot chicken hot pot had no broth why ask and ask us to choose if you don't add it so I had to make my own chicken broth for the ramen yes we ordered a separate container of herb broth but that was our companies soup so we were not able to use that very pricy for mainly noodles barely any vegetables one and done for sure very disappointing

The portion was decent. However, the rice was a solid mass. The bulgogi was completely dried out and bland. The edamame were ok but unseasoned. I won't order again.

No rice in the OO: KPOT Beef Hot Pot Combo Meal when requested, no drinks were delivered, disappointed in the quality for the everything combo hot pot. Might be worth going in person, but delivery was not impressive. Only got 8.50 for the refund on the two boba teas that were supposed to come with the meal, which isn't even enough to get one delivered after the fact.

Probably the worst ramen I've ever had.
I should have bought a 25 cent pack of ramen and ate out of the package and I'd saved myself 20 dollars and a drive to this place.
